Today, I called the clinic’s call center to schedule school physical appointments for my children. My wife, myself, and our other children are already patients at Erie Clinic, so I expected it would be easy to arrange appointments for the rest of my kids. However, the representative told me that she could not make an appointment because the clinic is not accepting new patients. I explained that my entire family already receives care at Erie Clinic, but she simply replied, “Sorry, I can’t help you.” I was very disappointed by the lack of consideration and assistance. As a family that has been using this clinic, I expected better customer service and more support. Because of this experience, I am now considering transferring my entire family to another clinic. It is frustrating to be turned away when most of my family are already established patients. I am sharing my experience so others are aware of how I was treated.

Do not take on this office as a primary. A couple of the Doctors are fine but the office staff is WORTHLESS…. My girlfriend had to set up a colonoscopy 2 separate times because she kept missing the date due to this office not sending over a prior authorization to the insurance company. They are completely apathetic to anything you need done. They do not return calls or answer messages, nothing. And I mean nothing. And they are in a business that requires a competent staff. We finally spoke to a woman named Sarah a day before the most recent procedure was to take place, and she was helpful, But it’s just not enough. So don’t say you weren’t warned, because this is not a place you want your family treated.

Best doctor’s office I ever been too. They know how to treat patients. They always know how to take care of my family. I would tell my family and friends to care here. A lot of my family and friends come here and they love it here. Never had a problem over 10 years

The care in this place is good, I asked to get a shot and they needed me to get my doctor to get the ok first. I'll have to come back to get the shot. When they open they are busy and they offer plenty of parking, unfortunately the near parking lot is used for employees. I think they should have employees park as far as possible since they are here all day long while patients come with kids and older and they have to cross the street to get to the clinic. The shots should be better supervised since they run out even if you're scheduled for it.

Dr. Joanna Pan is an amazing doctor. I had a very positive experience at this hospital, and the care I received was excellent. She is very kind, professional, and truly listens to her patients. She explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident about your treatment. It is rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring. I’m very grateful for the attention and quality care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Joanna Pan and this hospital to anyone looking for great medical care.
